This previously owned small cup has crazing on the inside and outside of it.
There is some staining on the inside of the cup.
There is impressed writing on the underside of the cup but it is hard to read.
The letters P. C. S are marked between the sails and the body of the windmill appears to be an H.
It has 1873 on one side of the windmill and 1973 on the other side of the windmill.
I don’t know what the letters actually stand for.
Height is approximately 3 1/4 inches(8.3 cm).
The top diameter is approximately 2 3/4 inches(7 cm).
The bottom diameter is approximately 2 inches(5.1 cm).
