This previously owned metal cat ring holder trinket dish is in a good condition.

There does not appear to be any damage that I am aware of.
There is blue felt on the base.
The dish has an inscribed floral pattern and the edge of the dish has a rope like pattern.

The manufacturer is unknown.

The  height to the tail is approximately 3 1/2 inches(9 cm) and the base diameters are approximately 3 x 3 3/8 inches(7.6 x 8.5 cm).
