The Lilliput Lane Fishermans cottage is in a good condition.
There are a few tiny marks on the roof.
There is green felt on the base.
Label reads Lilliput Lane Fishermans Cottage,One of our Miniature Masterpieces,Handmade in Cumbria UK.
Height is approximately 3 7/8 inches(9.9 cm).
The base measures approximately 2 1/4 x 2 3/8 inches(5.7 x 6 cm).

The Bodiam Oast is in a good condition.
There are white wear/rub marks to the shrubbery.
Green felt on the base.
Label reads:-

Height to the top of the Oast is approximately 4 1/2 inches(11.5 cm).
