This previously owned hanging house ornament is in a good condition.
The house is decorated with roses and foliage.
There is a small chip on the front right hand corner of the roof.
There are two areas of white where the grey paint is missing from the stairs.
The back is flat apart from the hook to hang it on the wall.
There does not appear to be any cracks or repairs to the item that I am aware of.
There is a manufactures mark and some writing impressed into the back.(can not make them out).

The width is approximately 5 1/2 inches(14 cm) at the widest point.
The item has had a dry wipe over due to being in storage,it may require an additional wipe.
No original box.
