The clown in the green has paint missing from the boots and the left boot is broke at the top(the piece is missing) underneath the bottom of the trouser leg. 

There are a few very tiny marks on the face.

The clowns outfit has gold suns,stars and moons on it.

The face,hands and feet are possibly porcelain/ceramic.

The clown is approximately 12 inches(30.5 cm) in height.

DESCRIPTION 

The clown with the matching tailcoat and hat has a red heart on one eyebrow and a yellow heart on the other eyebrow.

There is a tiny bit of red paint missing from the nose and there is some paint missing from his boots

The face looks as though it has been hand painted.

The face,hands and feet are possibly porcelain/ceramic.

The clown is approximately 12 inches(30.5 cm) in height.

Both clowns are boxed but whether they are the original boxes,I do not know for sure.

The clowns have been in storage/display and have had a wipe over but will more than likely need another wipe over before displaying.
